Students who have a law degree from a Common Law country should not complete this course. Students with at least 2 years of work experience in a legal role in a Common Law country can request an exemption by submitting a recent CV along with proof of prior studies. Please send requests to https://portal.insight.unsw.edu.au/Contact-Us-Form. All requirements will be set out on Moodle. The waitlist of this course is capped at 40.
