Dr T Leimbach 13-MAR-2025 The MEM Program (IEST courses) is a dual delivery program, in which students primarily enrol for in-person (CR01) delivery or secondarily by distance (CR02, called online when you enrol). Students who come prepared to take part in class discussion and live near Sydney are strongly encouraged to enrol CRO1 as: 1. Face-to-face learning lends a vibrant and connected sense of community and supports engaged learning, vitally benefiting learners before and after graduation; 2. Should pressing professional or personal situations arise, seminar live stream and recordings are available to both in-person and distance students. IEST distance learning is layered on top of the in-person seminars, with distance learners expected to attend seminars live through the course online platform or, second best, watch recordings. Note for MEM Program-enrolled students, with the exception of MEM field courses (IEST5008, 6001, 6912, 7600), if an IEST course you require is full, please contact the School (hal@unsw.edu.au) directly about the possibility of opening up a space.
