Mr RJ Buckland 31-MAR-2008 This course is designed for students who either intend to complete a major in computing or who plan to study a significant amount of computing as part of some other degree program. It should be taken by all CSE majors, and any other students who are particularly keen on computing. COMP1917 leads directly to COMP1927 and COMP2911, which are the pre-requisites for the full range of further computing courses. Students who have attempted COMP1911 before must choose the H10R class (Thursday 10am-1pm) if at all possible, as additional assistance is provided in that class.
